The Service

DigitalPilot provides proprietary software as a service that leverages public IP data to reveal basic company information about visitors to websites where our code snippet is installed. The intel is available to view on a user dashboard. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with notice to you. You agree that DigitalPilot will not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

Data Practices

DigitalPilot only utilizes publicly available IP address data to determine visitor company information. We do not access or store any personal or sensitive data. Our data collection and use strictly conforms to applicable privacy laws. Specific details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation & Termination

DigitalPilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service with notice if there is evidence of TOS violations or illegal/fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the DigitalPilot site and tools, including brands, logos, data, images etc. are the exclusive property of DigitalPilot and its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we aim for maximum uptime and efficiency, DigitalPilot offers the Service on an 'as-is' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim any warranties of accuracy, reliability, title, merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no circumstance shall DigitalPilot be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to DigitalPilot over the past year for this Service.

Indemnification

As a DigitalPilot user, you shall defend and indemnify DigitalPilot from and against all damages and costs arising from any third party action against us that is based on or arises out of your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms or breach of any applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Canada for resolving any disputes that may arise hereunder.
